A house with less in it photographs better and shows better. GoldStrap Moving takes extra furniture out before the listing photos, and delivers it to the seller's next home when the sale closes.
We work with agents and sellers around Lake Oconee, Greensboro and Eatonton. The seller is our customer; the agent gets an update after every job.
Listing prep
- You or your agent mark what should leave: extra chairs, oversized pieces, stored boxes, garage items.
- We pad and wrap each piece and move it to the place the seller has arranged, such as a storage unit or a family member's home.
- Furniture that stays can be moved between rooms the same visit.
- When the sale closes, we collect what was moved out and deliver it with the rest of the household.
For buyers moving to the lake
Buyers relocating to Lake Oconee often plan the move from another city. We give them one written price from photos, check gate and community move-in rules with them ahead of time, and place the furniture so the house is usable on the first night.

Questions
Do you provide storage?
We move furniture to the storage unit or address the seller has arranged, and collect it again later. If the seller needs help finding a unit, ask and we will point them to one nearby.
How much notice do you need?
Tell us the photo date when you call. We will confirm whether we can meet it before anyone books.
Can you stage furniture?
We move and place furniture to your direction or your stager's. We do not supply staging furniture.
