One written price
A household move is quoted as one price for the job, in writing, before you book. It is built from what is moving, the access at both homes, the distance and the crew the job needs.
The price changes only if there is more to move than you showed us, or if access is different from what was described. Small in-home and labor-only jobs may be quoted by the hour instead, and we tell you which before you book.

Yes, on request. We can pack the whole house or only the fragile rooms. Choose Full move with packing when you request an estimate.
Do you handle moves into senior communities?

Can you move furniture out before I list my home?
Yes. See listing prep. You or your agent tell us what should go, and we move it to the place you have arranged.
Do you protect furniture during the move?
Yes. Every furniture piece is padded and wrapped before it moves. It is the second stage of the GoldStrap Standard.
Can you move furniture within my home?
Yes. In-home furniture moving is one of our services. Tell us which pieces and where they are going.
Can you move things into or out of a storage unit?
Yes. We move furniture, boxes and materials into and out of storage units, and we stack them so what you need is easy to reach. Builders and contractors can see how we work with contractors.
Can you help load or unload a rental truck?
Yes. Request an estimate for loading only or unloading only.
Can you disassemble furniture?
Some furniture can be disassembled and reassembled when it is included in the agreed scope. Mention those items when you request your estimate.
Do I need to empty dresser drawers?
We will confirm for your move. In general, remove fragile and valuable items and ask us about the rest.
What should I include in my estimate request?
Pickup and destination, your move date, a description of what is moving, stairs or elevators, and any heavy, fragile or valuable items.
